LOCATION:  Saudi Arabia

INDUSTRY :  Oil, Gas & Petro-Chem

QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent combinations and tenchincal training.  Advanced training in management is preferred with proficiency in MS Office programs.

DESCRIPTION:

• Plan, co-ordinate and administer the Estimating functions of the company
• Review estimates to ensure completeness and compliance with scope of work against correct requirements (Material, indirect/direct labor, equipment and temporary facilities)
• Assist project management with preliminary budgets for new projects.
• Selection of projects and faciliites to bid.  Implement strategies and techniques to establish competitive tenders.
• Develop and implement department standards, procedures and methods to compile consistent and comprehensive estimates and proposals.
• Participate in presntations to corporate management and clients for the content of bid proposal.
• Provide technical assistance to estimators during bid preparation stage and during contract negotiations, change orders preparation and define scope of work for subcontractors.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 12-15 years EXTENSIVE HANDS ON Experience with Capital Plant and Heavy Construction facilities in the Oil, Gas and Petro-chem Industries.
• Emphasis will be on Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation construction projects.
• Middle East Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred. 
• Of total experience a minimum of 8 years experience is required in a similar managerial capacity.
